NAPCO’s proprietary aliphatic acrylic polyurethane provides amazing resilience to cracking during expansion and contraction due to temperature fluctuations. Unlike epoxy topcoats, Poly-Glass will not crack or yellow over time. Poly-Glass resin provides a surface that is harder than acrylic or enamel, yet flexible enough to withstand the impact of dropped objects. This resilience is essential to its durability and long wear. It also provides terrific stain resistance and colour retention, as compared to other types of bathtub coatings.

Each ½ gallon container of Poly-Glass resin weighs an amazing 1.5 lbs more than most other coatings on the market. This is due to the high solids content of Poly-Glass resin – an incredible 69% solids by weight. The higher solids content of Poly-Glass resin gives the topcoat greater ability to cover the old surface with less coating than with other brands, saving you more money. Each gallon of Poly-Glass resin provides enough material to spray up to 16 bathtubs.

Poly-Glass resin’s high Titanium Dioxide content provides whiteness, brightness and opacity and does not contain any cheap fillers. You and your customers will be thrilled with the super shiny 95+% gloss.

NAPCO Epoxy Primer Resin

Our best selling primer is easy to use and gives you the best possible adhesion and a longer lasting finish. NAPCO Poly-Bond Primer is formulated for use with polyurethane topcoats on porcelain and ceramic surfaces. The active ingredient in Poly-Bond is silane - the best wipe-on adhesion promoter available in our industry. The shelf life of Poly-Bond is 6 months.

Poly-Glass® Colour Dispersion Kit

Mixes easily with NAPCO's topcoats or primers to create beautifully matched colors. Make chip repairs invisible or match the customer's existing fixtures on the job site!

These petrochemical solvent-based colorants are general purpose dispersions compatible with all non-aqueous paints such as thermosetting epoxies, polyesters, and polyurethane coatings.

Kit contains 12 - 2 ounce bottles of the most commonly used colorants in our industry: Lamp Black, Burnt Umber, Violet, Pthalo Blue, Pthalo Green, Titanium White, Red Iron Oxide, Quinacridone Red, Medium Yellow, Yellow Oxide, Light Yellow and B.S. Red.

NAPCO White Water Resistant Chip Filler

NAPCO's White Water Resistant Chip Filler is pliable, so it is easy to work it into concave chips and scratches. It dries fast. From application to finished repair, many jobs can be finished in less than 20 minutes due to its quick setting and curing properties. As a result, work delays are eliminated. It dries hard and does not shrink or pull loose, so the surface won't rupture due to temperature fluctuations. In addition, this remarkable product stands up to many years of solid use and - due to its unique formula - offers unusual versatility.

While most auto-body fillers contain powdered aluminium, which can cause an electrochemical reaction in cast iron bathtubs, NAPCO's White Water Resistant Chip Filler is safe to use. NAPCO's Chip Filler bonds to a wide variety of materials, including fibreglass, plastic, porcelain, ceramic, wood, cast iron, tool steel, die cast, aluminium, copper, bronze, honeycomb panelling and urethane foam among many others.
